The bed frame was broken and uncomfortable.

Our room was clean and huge with a great hot shower and refrigerator and couch, slept well. The breakfast was warm with a huge variety of meals to choose from.

The staff was friendly and competent. Room was complete with refrigerator and microwave, etc. Very clean and attractive. I appre- ciated the popcorn!

The shower door slid poorly, causing frustration!!! The diverter valve didn't work properly!!! The pool hours should be extended to accommodate late arrivals!!! Facilities could use some updates!!!

Clean hotel, appreciated to be so close to midway between downtown, and Grenada for family event thanks to great location. So glad that Disability Access room with refrigerator, couch and a great hot shower I booked was available...

Breakfast bar was excellent. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the sink in our room that was resolved right away. The location for us was perfect as we were midway between downtown and Liberty Bowl stadium. Rates were fair considering it was a holiday weekend.

The weather was unusually cold while we were there and the front doors opened directly to the breakfast bar area. A lot of cold air coming in made the area uncomfortable

The handicap accessible room was thoughtfully designed with great amenities. The mini fridge was spacious, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff was friendly. A minor downside was the need for more meat options at breakfast. All in all, a good stay!

The king studio suite was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax after a long day. A special shoutout to the front desk gentleman who helped me get birthday cupcakes and ice cream for my wife. His really good service.

The King Room was spacious and comfortable, making our stay cozy. We loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi. The only downside was the long walk from our room to the front desk, so just be ready for a bit of a trek! 👍

The staff's hospitality was amazing. They even surprised my wife with birthday treats! The accessible room layout was great for our needs.

The shower design felt unsafe due to a slick floor, and the mattress quality was below expectations.

Great stay for family travelers

The front desk, they were fantastic, helped me with some birthday cupcakes for my wife's birthday, really nice touch. The room was spacious, we had a comfy king studio suite, plenty of space for the kids too.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was worth it.
